This Instant Pot Shredded Buffalo Chicken is a super simple dinner that you can pull together in minutes for the family. You can put it over salads, stuff potatoes, fill wraps, tacos and more!
- 4 Chicken Breasts
- 1 Cup of Franks Buffalo Wing Sauce
- 2 tbs of Honey
- 2tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 4 tbs of Butter
- 1/2 tsp of Cayenne Pepper
Put all of the ingredients into the Instant Pot and Cook on High Manual Pressure or 11 minutes and then shred your chicken. That’s it!
If your sauce is runny you can remove the chicken and create a cornstarch slurry to add to the sauce (using 2 tsp of cornstarch). Saute the sauce in the instant pot until it thickens and then add the shredded chicken back in.
